open your heart 💙

When you start the practice of physically stopping what you are doing when thoughts of not being enough come up, taking three full deep breaths, and telling yourself you are enough and putting your attention on all that is going well, you might be surprised at what starts to happen. It may be a slow process, but it can be steady. Stepping in front of feelings of not being enough, and coming from I am enough, allows you to open your heart to all that is actually possible and all that you have actually accomplished.

Where our attention goes, energy flows. I invite you to ask yourself, if you put your attention on, and open your heart to, everything that is working, easeful, brings joy, etc. etc. in your life, what becomes possible? What can you start to see that you didn't see before?
