what if it's meant to work out?

Interesting thought? It is not the brain's tendency to look out for the best, but prepare us for the worst. So it is a practice to remind ourselves that things could actually work out. That all the plans we put in place will succeed. That we have done and are enough and now we just need to let our plans flow ❤️

An asana practice can be a powerful physical embodiment of that flow. No pushing, no punishing, no powering through, no forcing...just being in the flow with your breath and the breath of those around you ❤️ Asana is intended to prepare your physical form and build you up for the road ahead, if it starts to feel and or sound like something different, stop, change, and restart with the idea that when you go with the flow, what is meant to work out will work out. ❤️
