Align and Unwind: Sunday Reset

Align and unwind in this slow, non-heated practice designed to help you reset. Align invites the body, mind, and breath to come back into balance through gentle, supportive movement. Unwind offers space to slow down, release tension, and let go of what no longer serves you.

This class is beginner-friendly and open to all levels, with simple poses, plenty of time to stretch and breathe, and no pressure to keep up.

A supportive complement to power yoga, offering a slower pace that helps balance a strong, active practice. We’ll finish with extended savasana so you leave feeling calm, refreshed, and ready for the week ahead.

Meet the Instructor

Colleen Seng

Colleen is a certified meditation teacher, E-RYT, and RPYT, and a former Anjali Align + Unwind teacher who also works behind the scenes as the studio’s graphic designer. Colleen leads classes that combine creative sequencing, inspiration, and a profound sense of love. Her goal is to help others reconnect with themselves by nurturing the mind, body, and heart. Her hope is that you fall into savasana feeling like a cookie on a baking sheet…heart rising with your body expanding out from every edge and melting into the ground.
