Welcome to 40 Days to Personal Revolution and Beyond. In this program based off of Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days to Personal Revolution, you will create tools and new habits for beyond the 40 days. In the program you will follow along with the 40 Days book. Each week will give you an intention to focus on and laws to help guide you, bringing awareness to what’s happening in the now and journal about it without judgment. It gives you the ability to honor yourself, exactly where you are and make choices from a solid foundation that YOU get to create. Each week you have the opportunity to build and add something new, a gift for yourself to take beyond the 40 days. The foundations are the same, but our goals/desires are different. You get to choose your outcome. You get to choose what you take with you after the 40 days. The possibilities are endless!
Join us each week in the studio on Mondays at 7:30pm. We will discuss how setting an intention, awareness without judgment, meditation, journaling and practicing yoga 4-6 times a week add to our life rather than taking away and sacrificing. Be in creation of your 40 Days and beyond!
Meetings:
Monday in studio at 7:30 PM (1/5, 1/12, 1/19, 1/26, 2/2, and 2/9)

Meet the Facilitators
Jen Schwartzberg
Jen teaches Power Yoga and Slow Flow and Restore classes. Her Power classes usually begin in integration, setting intentions, and connecting with earth. Followed by a fun JIP inspired flow for all levels. Class ends with sound bowls and deep rest. Her Slow Flow and Restore class is inspired by JIP and Yin with deep stretches and customizable shapes you get to create in your own body to relieve stress and create possibility for the rest of your day. The class begins with a yoga Nidra and ends with sound bowls before deep rest.
Laura Malcarney
Laura teaches the Wednesday’s Sunrise yoga 530am and Hour of Power.
Laura likes to sweat, laugh and listen to music and she brings that to her classes!
You can expect to be challenged physically if you are up for it, but as someone who has had to take steps back in her journey because of injuries, modifications and doing your own thing are ALWAYS encouraged!
Laura offer hands-on assists during classes and can usually get a laugh out of her students!
