WHAT DO I NEED?
PLEASE BRING WATER, A MAT AND A TOWEL. IF YOU DON'T HAVE OR FORGET ANY OF THESE ITEMS, THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE. Complimentary mats and towels are available at all studio locations, however if you plan to practice often, we recommend you purchase and bring your own.
WHAT DO I WEAR?
WEAR WORKOUT CLOTHES THAT BREATH, WON'T GET IN YOUR WAY, and provide coverage when you are upside down. MEN, ANYTHING YOU NORMALLY WEAR TO THE GYM (BASKETBALL SHORTS AND A TEE SHIRT) WILL DO!
HOW DIFFICULT IS IT?

can my child practice with me or at the studio by themselves?
Kids ages 11-13 are permitted to take a regularly scheduled adult class with a Parent or Guardian after the parent or guardian signs Parent Permission Form. Kids 14 years and up can take class without a parent or guardian. Anjali Power yoga also offers teen community classes, little pretzels yoga, little pretzels workshops and youth athlete programs specifically designed for kids!
